Flour

Not Kosher for Passover
Not kosher.Flour is not kosher for Passover because it is made from wheat, which is one of the five grains that can become chametz (leavened) if it comes into contact with water. To be kosher for Passover, wheat products must be specifically processed and supervised to prevent fermentation, resulting in matzah or matzah flour. Regular flour is not processed under these strict conditions.
